ASM Course Honest Review 2019: Is It Worth It?

I've had many requests and questions about this since posting about our new product which is now over on Amazon and I am happy to share my honest, raw and unsponsored opinion about the ASM (Amazing Selling Machine) course which I took in 2019.

I first heard about the course through Tatiana and Stephen James and their YouTube channels which have had a lot of success selling on Amazon and FBA in general. They are both affiliates for the ASM course, so I wanted to give my honest opinion as one of Tatiana's students about the course and if it is actually worth it.

So is the course worth the $5,000 price tag? I would say yes, but there are some important things to

consider before making the plunge into the Amazon seller world which I've detailed below.

Here is why this course is worth it: if you are 100% serious about starting not only an FBA business but a successful one, then you need the right education. ASM is a very thorough course which will walk you through STEP by STEP the whole process of selling on Amazon and let me tell you, it is a complicated one.

Selling on Amazon is much more than just finding a product and listing it on Amazon. There is a studied method to being able to rank and get more sales. There are so many details behind the business from marketing, to finding the right supplier, to shipping and customs information, to designing your product, Amazon advertising, ranking...I could go on and on. There are so many things that would have taken me a lot of time to try to figure out myself. If I tried to figure it out as I went I would have had huge losses of time and finances that taking a thorough course like ASM really helped me to avoid. Not only that, their community and mentors in the community are SO helpful, whenever you have a question you can ask the community of seasoned sellers and someone is happy to guide you in the right direction.

ASM has detailed modules and lessons and walks you through each step of learning how to sell on Amazon (and beyond), they really teach you everything and the course is taught by multiple highly successful sellers. I can say that without this course, our product wouldn't have gotten up so quickly on Amazon and I would be very lost.

Some things to consider before signing up:

-I personally would not consider taking the course unless you are ready to commit the time and money to invest into your business. This is a big decision, but one that once you make it, if you follow through without giving up, can be very beneficial and provide another source of income.

-If you are currently in financial debt, I would not consider taking this course until you are debt free and have some money you can invest into this. Getting started is a significant investment, and you need money to invest into the course ($5,000) which doesn't include the money needed for your product, shipping, design, and taxes which could easily be another $5,000 or more.

-This is not a get rich quick scheme, it is a business. Just like any business it takes dedication, investment, time and lots of hard work! Not to discourage you, but to remind you that if you want it, it is possible but it does come with lots of effort.

-Consider investing in this course with a friend! If you are on a budget, split the cost of the course with a friend that way you both can have more money to invest toward your inventory.

I hope you could find this review helpful and give you some more clarity about the ASM course and what it entails. I personally found it to be extremely helpful, but it is important to consider the time and resources it takes to get started with selling on Amazon. A lot of times people think it won't take as much time or financial commitment and I think it's really important to be clear on the requirements it can have so that you don't make a big commitment and then are not able to follow through.

Have you taken the ASM course or are you considering it? Hope this could give some insight, feel free to ask any more questions about ASM in the comments below :)
